Dynamics 365 CE - new CRM system Go-Live this weekend 8th, 9th, 10th Nov 24

This weekend, we are performing the go-live of our long awaited Dynamics 365 platform to replace CRM 2011. The planned outage will begin on Thursday evening 10pm (GMT) with CRM 2011 put in read-only mode.

The new Dynamics 365 web application will be available for use on Monday morning (GMT) with the legacy CRM 2011 system continuing to be available read-only.

Other systems affected over the weekend may include: Dynamics GP, Email, Reporting Services and some integrated services and feeds.
