Internet access issues while connected to GlobalProtect VPN
IT are currently investigating internet access issues on endpoints connected to GlobalProtect VPN. This looks to be an issue with the third party service. Updates will be posted when we have them.
UK users should be able to change their VPN gateway to France North (using the "Change Gateway" option in the GlobalProtect app). This should fix any internet access issues whilst the third party works on the UK gateway issues.
