NOW LIVE: Dynamics 365 CE

We are pleased to announce that Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) is now available for all eligible users to use.

This application provides a modern, mobile friendly, cloud-based framework that will enable easier customer management, automations and integrations.

An easy to remember URL for accessing the system is https://d365crm.optos.com

This will redirect you to the full URL which is https://optosd365.crm11.dynamics.com

A shortcut will be added to the Optos Bookmarks in the Edge browser on Monday morning.

A huge personal thank you to the team who have helped us get this far. It has truly been a phenomenal global and cross functional effort to reach this point.

The changes are significant and will take some time to adapt to, as well as deal with minor bugs, so please bear with us over the next couple of weeks.

Please ensure you are aware of who the super user in your team is for help and reference, if you are unaware, please ask your manager.

Issues should be escalated through your manager/super user and then to the internal and external project teams.
