We want to remind everyone to be extra careful when receiving DocuSign requests. Recently, some scammers have been sending fake DocuSign invoices to trick people into sharing sensitive information.

If you receive a DocuSign email or notification, please take these simple steps before clicking anything:

Double-check the sender’s email address – be sure it’s from a trusted source.
Look closely at the message for anything unusual or unexpected.
Contact the sender directly if you’re unsure. Don’t use any links or numbers provided in the suspicious email.
