Meeting Room Guidelines
We kindly remind all staff to adhere to the following guidelines when using the meeting rooms to ensure they remain functional and ready for everyone's use:
1.Do Not Remove Cabling or Equipment
Please refrain from unplugging, or relocating any cabling, devices or equipment within the meetings rooms. These items have been set up to ensure seamless operation for all users.
2. Leave the Room as You Found It
At the end of your meeting, kindly ensure the room is left in the same condition as when you arrived. This includes tidying up any materials and ensuring all is properly positioned.
3. Report Any Issues to the Service Desk
If you encounter any technical issues or notice any equipment that is not functioning correctly, please report the details promptly by raising a ticket in IT Assist. This will allow us to address the issue and minimize disruptions for others.
